THE 24 CAMPUS, phase 3

 As part of the 24 acre campus, the third phase adds an additional 270 units of market rate housing within a 12 acre site the complete the vision to the “Live, Work, Play” campus in Chatsworth.  Phase 1 is the renovation of an existing warehouse into office space for the MGA Entertainment headquarters.  Phase 2 provided 660 units with ground floor retail and amenities.  Phase 3 completes the site with jogging path, sports facilities, botanical gardens, community gardens, childrens park, dog park, arts plaza, amphitheater, cascading gardens, roof top pool and spa.
